Illustration of Sauron from J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy. This illustration was done as part of a larger motion graphics project, where we were asked to create a movie intro sequence. I chose to do an intro for the first Lord of the Rings film, the Fellowship of the Ring, that used painted imagery during the opening narration.
